Contract Engineer
Saudi Arabia

To develop and prepare contracts for routine and preventive maintenance services and develop evaluation criteria and preliminary cost estimate for contracts expected results. Coordinate with other Maintenance Divisions to prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for requested maintenance services and coordinate tendering and contracting activities, including attending meetings, answering queries, evaluating submittals, awarding bids and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Six years experience in Refinery Maintenance Contracts Management
