Senior Supervisor (Testing & Trainee Affairs)

Primary Purpose
  • Provide effective testing service for recruitment of trainees, upgrading of employees in the field of English Language.
  • Keep abreast of testing procedures and implement according to current international standards such as TOEFL & IELTS.
  • Implement computerized testing system for English Language.

Education & Training

  • A degree in English Language.
  • Post graduate Diploma or Certificate in Testing.
Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years in the testing and assessment domain including 5 years of teaching.



Supervisor, Program Evaluation

Primary Purpose
  • Collect and analyze training needs and recommend appropriate training intervention including programs to meet these training needs.
  • Evaluate training courses and program for efficiency, effectiveness, impact and return on investment.

Education & Training

  • A degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
  • Professional qualification in training or human resource development is desirable.
  • Certification and/or statistical analysis will be an advantage.
Experience
  • 4 years in an industrial training environment preferably in the energy & industry sector.
