Drilling Department Drilling Supervisor (Rotational 29/27) B.Sc. Petroleum engineer or related discipline, minimum 10 years in Drilling Operations and 5 years minimum experience in a supervisory capacity. Supervises and co-ordinates drilling, completion and workover operations trough consultation with Senior Drilling Operations Engineer and Head of Drilling Operations. Responsible for operational implementation of the programme after collaborating with the drilling operations engineer to develop and plan safe cost effective operations that accomplish the well objectives within the allocated budget and ensuring that the drilling equipment is adequately maintained for minimising operational downtime. Responsible for training of assigned personnel with particular emphasis on Qatari development.
