Maintenance Supervisor – Halul (Offshore)
Primary Purpose Of The Job:
Supervises and participates in the scheduled & unscheduled electrical maintenance activities on Halul to meet the operation targets, including the repair of terminal and associated supporting facilities which is not limited to 33KV / 11KV power generators, step up / down transformers, substation, distribution systems, cabling and other terminal supporting facilities which is not limited to lighting systems, turbines, compressors, motors, loading/transfer pumps, separation facilities, storage and export facilities
Implements electrical maintenance programs and ensure the compliance to the department procedures and Engineering standard/codes
Reviews maintenance manuals and reports to the technical/engineering matters to the senior maintenance engineer
Rep[orts the engineering / technical matters to the senior maintenance supervisor
Assists in generating / reviewing electrical maintenance procedures and ensures that they are aligned to the approved engineering codes/standards
Directly involved in the execution / commissioning of various projects in Halul related to the field discipline
Ensures that all electrical work is executed safely under the PTW system. Monitors all electrical work and ensures that the PTW requirements are fully implemented
Knowledge, skills & experience
Bachelor degree in electrical power engineering
Involved/participates in short courses related to the 33KV / 11KV electric power generation and distribution systems/equipment maintenance
Good knowledge of English and computer applications
Minimum 10 years varied experience in engineering, installation, maintenance and fault finding of 33KV / 11KV electric power generation and distribution systems / equipment within a petrochemical industry
