Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical
BSc or HND in an Engineering discipline with an aptitude for understanding drawings, P&ID’s and cause and effects of complex packages, mechanical and rotating equipment/machines in addition to their control systems
10 years experience in the maintenance of Gas Turbines, Compressors, Pumps and other Static & Rotating Equipment used in the Oil & Gas or similar petrochemical industry. At least 4 years in a supervisory post is essential. An aptitude for troubleshooting and understanding other disciplines is desirable
Good knowledge of English, both written and understanding technical manuals and drawing is essential
Maintenance Supervisor – Instruments
BSc or HND in an Engineering in instrumentation and control systems discipline with an aptitude for understanding drawings, P&ID’s and cause and effects of complex microprocessors and/or pneumatic based field and package instrumentations control systems
Good knowledge of English and of computer applications
Minimum 10 years experience in the installation, maintenance and fault finding of electronics and pneumatic instruments and control systems in the petrochemical industry
Terminal Supervisor (Halul)
Primary Purpose Of The Job:
Controls and supervises all scheduled/unscheduled terminal operation activities on Halul Terminal to secure cruse oil receipt, treatment, storage and export, in accordance with production and export targets
Prepares crude oil import and export plans. Authorises crude oil movement on Halul tanks including crude oil dehydratation and blending process
Ensures that all documentations related to crude oil operations are available prior to authorising the tanker berthing to any Halul SBM’s (Single Buoy Mooring)
Approves the laboratory analysis and the official documents related to tanker loading operations on Halul Oil Terminal
Rotation 7/7, based in Doha during off time
Knowledge, skills & experience
Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline
Minimum 12 years experience with varied Terminal Operations and offshore oil & gas industries with a minimum of 8 years in supervisory level
Must have good command of English language along with knowledge of electromechanical disciplines
Computer know-how and exposure to process simulation and other necessary tools as back up for process engineering
