Development Supervisors
Working closely with Operational staff at all levels, this person deals with complex, confidential and sensitive issues relating to the quality career development of Nationals, which includes:
- Designing, writing and monitoring tailored individual development plans
- Coordinating and monitoring Nationalisation plans
- Advising and counselling individuals and management on development, performance and routine HR issues
- Participating in teams and committees, as required, to address HR and development matters/projects
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
- At least 8-years experience in an HR or training & development role (experience in the Middle East is a distinct advantage)
- Ability to work independently
- Tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated good judgement, analytical and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of competence based training and development
Learning Coordinators
This position is operationally based and works closely with coaches, supervisors and designated training personnel to ensure effective implementation of workplace learning activities within a competency approach to skills development. This person deals with complex, confidential and sensitive issues to help prepare competent Nationals for their first substantive position within the corporation, which includes:
- Monitoring and structuring workplace activities that are tailored to meet training and assessment plans
- Coordinating and monitoring progress and achievement towards completion of units of competence
- Advising and counselling individuals and management on training and assessment issues
- Participating in teams and committees, as required, to address HR, training and development matters/projects
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A three (3) year post high school vocational qualification in a technical discipline
- A Diploma or Certificate in Training & Development
- Experienced in competency-based training and assessment
- At least 8-years experience in an oil and gas, manufacturing or maintenance environment s (experience in the Middle East is a distinct advantage)

SAP HR BW/SEM/BPS Analysts
One of the largest oil and gas producers in the world, Qatar Petroleum is looking to recruit SAP HR BW/SEM/BPS Analysts. This role fits within the Human Resources Business Systems (HRB) division which provides business solutions and consultancy services to specific projects. These are challenging and exciting roles in a company with great opportunities for the right candidate.
The main responsibilities include SAP BW application enhancements, BW HR reporting developments, configuration of the applications 24 hour load schedule, development of the web reporting user interface, implementations, and resolving any support issues as they arise on BW. This role will see you working through the full SAP HR implementation life cycle from initial requirements gathering and analysis through testing ad user training in a dynamic, challenging and team oriented environment.
For this role you will require strong experience in SAP HR reporting. This requirement is to extensively configure and enhance the current offering from SAP HR reporting from both SAP R/3 and non R/3 data sources. Any experience in SAP SEM/BPS will be advantageous. The ideal SAP BW BPS Consultant will have 4+ years SAP BW Development experience, experience in configuration of HR reporting areas from both SAP R/3 and non R/3 data sources, version 3.5, Custom Web reporting (inc. HTML), complex load scheduling, data staging using Infocubes, ODS objects, SAP ABAP skills, and SEM/BPS Development. Experience in SAP BW 7.0 and in the implementation of HR Balanced Scorecards will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Science or equivalent technical degree. You will have a minimum 8 years work experience in an Information Systems development environment with extensive experience in business and systems analysis, design, development and support of Information systems in SAP in the Human Resources application area. You should possess excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills. A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.

Portal Analysts

This role fits within the Human Resources Business Systems (HRB) division which provides business solutions and consultancy services to specific projects. These are challenging and exciting roles in a company with great opportunities for the right candidate. SAP HR Functional Analyst
(PD/CM/e-Recruitment Specialist)
One of the largest oil and gas producers in the world, Qatar Petroleum is looking to recruit SAP HR Functional Analyst (PD/CM/eRecruitment Specialist). This role fits within the Human Resources Business Systems (HRB) division which provides business solutions and consultancy services to specific projects. These are challenging and exciting roles in a company with great opportunities for the right candidate.
Extensive experience of configuration in SAP HR (HCM), specifically PD, CM and ESS My Appraisals is required. You will also have knowledge of SAP Portal, E-recruitment, ESS or MSS and have full life cycle implementation exposure. Any experience in SAP ECC 6.0 upgrade projects will be an added advantage. Candidates will be expected to support the HR department through enhancing and improving its existing functionality within SAP HR. You will assist with the design, configuration, program specification and development, data conversion, documentation, user training and support. You will also be expected to interact with other system analysts, business users, and functional managers to support business operations.

HEAD OF COMPENSATION
Scope
Responsible for the development and the maintenance of Corporate compensation packages.
- Review all actions related to salary, allowances, and benefits, ensuring they are in accordance with corporate policy.
- Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on salary administration matters.
- Study various aspects of salary administration, policies and procedures, recommend changes accordingly and monitor the implementation of such changes.
- Administer annual and general salary reviews.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on Corporate compensation.
- This requires attention to current international market conditions as well as considering GCC market.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1. A relevant and recognised bachelor's degree and, preferably, a professional qualification (CCP, GRP, etc..)
2. Minimum of 12 years experience in HR and/or compensation - with 7 yrs minimum in compensation - with 3 years at a supervisory level.

Planning Coordinator
Doha
Planning Coordinator required by Qatar Petroleum HR Department based in Doha.
Primary purpose of the job:
- Act as a focal point for Planning within the Directorate, facilities and integration of the Administration Directorates focal point on planning issues with other Directorates/ Departments such as Corporate Planning, Organisation & System, etc.
- Ensure the Department Managers/ Planners administer their plans and the impact of each is reflected in the overall plan
Principal Accountabilities:
Continually monitor the adherence to the Planning Framework within each Department. In agreement with the Director, continually implement improvements to the Uniform Planning Framework and update the Planning Manual accordingly

Ensure the timely reporting of activities via key performance indicators. In consultation with Director/ Manager/ Planner, recommend, instigate, and update the performance indicators.

Formulate recommendations to the Director for building a climate that is supportive and offers good inter/intra - Directorate communications, so the implications of one plan are reflected in the other Directorate/ Department Plans

Recommend corrective actions to Administration Director, should the Department Managers and/ or Planners become unfocused on the agreed strategy and objectives
