Head of IT Governance, Risk Management & Compliance
The Head of IT GRC develops, delivers, and actively promotes the framework and architecture by which the Corporate ICT Department can deliver greater business value from ICT strategy, investment and alignment; significantly reduce business risk from the use of ICT; and achieve conformance with policies of the Corporation and its external legal and regulatory compliance mandates. The Head leads and manages staff to execute activities intended to ensure that the Corporate ICT Department supports the current and future strategic needs of the business, and complies with all ICT-related directives.
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in an enterprise ICT environment, with at least 5 years of demonstrated ICT Governance and/or Strategy development experience.
Experience and Expertise:
Bachelors or Masters level degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an appropriate Engineering/Business field.
GRC related ISACA, ISO, ITIL certifications and experience; preferably in direct application to the Oil and Gas sector.
Excellent experience and proven record in establishing/implementing GRC strategy, framework and architecture based on international certified standards and best practices and inline with organisation business objectives.
Excellent experience in establishing/implementing GRC related policies, procedures, and key performance/goal indicators to facilitate execution across the ICT organization.
Excellent Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and establishment of related processes, policies and procedures.
In depth knowledge and extensive experience of Corporate GRC and strategic planning.
Excellent communication, problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, and decision making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate concepts as appropriate to managements, staff, customers, and contractors.
IT Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Specialist
The ICT GRC Specialist proactively participates in projects for direct implementation and execution of various ICT frameworks, standards and controls for convergence of GRC in the Corporate ICT Department.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in an enterprise ICT environment, with at least 2 years of demonstrated ICT Governance and/or Strategy experience in an ICT enterprise organisation.
Experience and Expertise:
