Web Developer (SAP Net Weaver)

This challenging position calls for an experienced professional with strong business and J2EE and SAP Net Weaver software development experience who can establish business and technical objectives, design work-plans, and manage and implement web application projects. The candidate must possess excellent awareness of current trends in applications development and software development methodologies.
Candidates must be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
Technical background should include extensive experience in the design, development, QA testing and implementation of SAP Net Weaver, SAP WebDynPro and/or J2EE web development workflow and other web-based applications. Senior Business Analyst (SAP - HR)

Primary Purpose of the Job
The position holder acts as a senior member of Human Resources Business Analysis / Computer Projects Development Team, undertakes the implementation of new computer systems and the support of existing systems as appropriate. The job involves the analysis of user requirements, gap analysis, systems design, preparation of system specifications & documentation, system development, user acceptance testing and application training. Supervises other team members undertaking program development and maintenance tasks and coordinates with user representatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Science or equivalent technical degree.

Senior Business Analyst (SAP - BW/HR)

Primary Purpose of the Job
The position holder acts as a senior member of Human Resources Business Analysis / Computer Projects Development Team, undertakes the implementation of new computer systems and the support of existing systems as appropriate. Undertakes the development and implementation of SAP – BW with particular emphasis on HR business areas and Business Planning & Simulation (BPS) module. This work includes the analysis of user requirements, systems documentation, systems design, preparation of program specifications, systems development, modification, testing, installation and application training. Qualifications & Experience

Senior Systems Engineer - (SAP Portal)

This challenging position calls for an experienced professional with strong Enterprise Portal administration / development experience who can establish business and technical objectives, design work-plans, and manage and implement web/portal application projects. The candidate must possess excellent awareness of current trends in portal administration.

Candidates should be experienced SAP practitioners with in-depth knowledge of the SAP NetWeaver Portal in one or more of the following areas: - Portal configuration and administration - Usability design and content integration - Implementation of SAP Knowledge Management - Portal technical architecture and infrastructure - User management and security including integration with external security solutions - Design and development of Portal applications with experience of technologies such as Web Dynpro

The candidate will work closely with other technical staff members, including ABAP/J2EE developers, the configuration team, etc. as well as with project managers, to ensure successful project completion. The candidate will have Net-Weaver development technology experience such as WebDynpro, Web Services and Java. Multiple SAP project and Team Lead experience is a plus.

Will perform the training activities of SAP-EHS and Audit Management Module. Will identify the training requirements, develop, install and deliver end-user training courses and coordinate training activities with end-user departments to ensure efficient and effective use of the system. Reporting to SAP Technical Services Lead and working as part of our large SAP support organisation. You will be accountable for all aspects of the Helpdesk functions management in respect of SAP Incidents / change requests. Your duties include chasing resolution for high severity incidents, daily reporting to management on high severities as well as open tickets, monitoring and reporting ticket aging and monitoring and reporting SLAs.

Experience:

Business Analyst (SAP MM)

Will be responsible for Support & Maintenance of the SAP Materials Management (MM) module with respect to changes in business processes and/or procedures. Will address issues raised by the users in the Materials Department and other departments for the Material Procurement, Inventory/Warehouse/Quality management Processes. Will train end users on the use of the MM module and develop associated training materials and presentations. Will also be responsible to implement new processes within the MM module. Will work closely with the Security team to evaluate changes to access authorizations. Will coordinate support activities with the end user departments and super users to ensure efficient and effective use of the SAP solution by the business departments.

Qualifications
Graduate with major in Supply Chain or Materials Management related discipline or equivalent
SAP Certification

Experience & Skill Levels
8 years in a Materials Department covering upstream and downstream Oil and Gas industry business is mandatory. A minimum of 2 Full cycle implementation’s experience is a must. Hands on experience in configuring and supporting one or more of the SAP MM sub modules below preferably in version 4.7:
Procurement Inventory Management Warehouse Management Quality Management

Should be conversant with the integrations aspects of SAP MM with other SAP modules.
Should possess excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills.
A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other
team members in completing assigned tasks.



Senior Business Analyst (SAP Workflow)

Reporting to SAP Technical Services Lead and working as part of our large SAP support organisation. You will be accountable for all aspect of SAP Workflow support and should provide customer-orientated support to our users. You will also be responsible for enforcing QP SAP Workflow Developments Standards. The right candidate should have Workflow experience in at least two Functional Areas such as IS-OIL, SD, MM-ES, FM, PM or EHS

Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
SAP Workflow Certification desirable

Experience & Skill Levels :
Workflow experience in a large SAP implementation / complex integration environment. You must have at least three full cycle implementation and ability to provide day-to-day support.
Workflow development & maintenance related to Interfaces.& system integration.
Design and deployment of Std / Custom SAP workflows based on business requirements.
SAP workflow integration with corporate messaging applications.
Workflow support for BW & Portal based applications.
Assist SAP teams in preparing SAP training systems & end-user training materials.

Web integration experience.

Writing Technical Specs
Strong general ABAP and Dialogue programming skills
Writing custom methods
Use workflow analysis tools and ABAP debug to assist in problem solving.
Responsible for workflow enhancements and testing
Excellent analytical problem solving skills - ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.
Focus driven and aggressive in pursuit of excellence in service.
Accountable for support call progression.
Proven ability to liaise with middle/senior management both assertively and with confidence.
Experience of working with diverse cultures.
