Head of Inspection

  • Ensures materials are ordered, manufactured, tested, certified and delivers to desired Corporate quality standards.
  • Manages and controls Manufacturing Quality Audits on manufacturers in line with Corporate and ISO19011 standards.
  • Supervises administration of TPI contract worth QR 17 million for worldwide services.
  • Responsible for direction, supervision and overall administration of Inspection Section

  • Degree in Engineering or Quality discipline. IRCA approved Lead Auditor with 5 years Auditing experience, specialised technical knowledge in areas of responsibility
  • Minimum 15 years experience in the oil & gas industry with 8 years in a supervisory position
  • Thorough knowledge of international codes and standards applicable to oil & gas industry
  • Experience in Quality Management system
  • Knowledge of major oil company, policies and procedures



Head of Materials, Inventory Control

As owner of the inventory business process, manages the overall material inventory and optimises and controls its availability across all storage locations besides generating and approving stock replenishment requirements including managing and approving disposal

Manages and controls the annual 100% stock audit at all storage locations in accordance and in conjunction with internal and external auditor procedures.

Participates in external audits of the company’s subsidiaries and affiliates.

  • Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 12 years experience in Inventory Management, stores and logistic administration of which 7 years should be in the petrochemical industry
  • 5 years related supervisory/managerial experience
  • Post-qualification courses in Materials Supply, Logistic and Inventory Management
  • Knowledge of international engineering materials standard and specifications in the operational set-up of the process systems, equipment and materials used in the petrochemical industry
  • Sound mathematical ability with particular application skills in statistical techniques
  • A thorough understanding of the MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) concept application in managing materials systems catering to the oil & gas Maintenance and Production facilities
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills (to include native English language standards both written and verbal, along with fully developed presentation and report writing skills).
