SENIOR ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
Responsible for providing a specialist technical service in all aspects of medium duty rotating equipment maintenance throughout the Dukhan field of operations.
Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the implementation of predictive, preventive and breakdown repair ,maintenance of heavy duty major rotating and associated equipment
Participates in the planning and execution of medium duty rotating equipment shutdowns, reviews and discusses rotating equipment overhaul programmes to establish scope of work.
Ensures all work activities are undertaken in a safe, timely and cost effective manner through observation and implementation of safety procedures and regulation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
Minimum 12 years of varied practical and supervisory experience in the installation, operation, maintenance, inspection and repair of a wide range of rotating and associated equipment in gas collection and distribution plants, pump stations, power station and central workshops within the petrochemical industry
Hands on experience on condition monitoring techniques are desirable
SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
Responsible for providing professional Process Engineering and technical support to all the operating groups in Dukhan Operations. Identifies and implements any process change requirement due to the field development activities for future operations. Participate in all field development activities for future operations. Responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of new projects which have been assigned to him from the conceptual stage, FEED stage, detail engineering, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and subsequent operation. Evaluate new process/technology applicable to Dukhan Operation facilities and recommends implementation based on Techno economics benefits.
Responsible for providing professional Process engineering and technical support to all the process plant facilities in Dukhan Operations. Reports to the Head of Process Facilities and Technical Services.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
BSc in Chemical or Process Engineering discipline, fluent in written and spoken English
Up to 15 years experience in Oil & Gas or Petroleum Refinery with experience in the position of Senior Process Engineer preferably in an Oil & Gas company. Experience must include concept engineering and detailed design.
Experience in the commissioning and start up of Oil & Gas facilities is desirable.
Experience in the preparation of feasibility studies and project engineering will be an added advantage.
