Enterprise Analyst
Perform analysis and any other required work as input to the basis for the provision of advice, consultancy and support services to designated company’s management and external clients on development, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of business management systems, frameworks, solutions and other management tools in line with best practice, for the delivery of their corporate objectives with efficiency, agility and minimum risk.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor Degree with analytical content
Additional Professional registration is preferred
Any Subject Matter Expertise or previous experience in any OSD’s functions is an advantage
Experience
At least 5 years relevant experience
Previous Oil & Gas business experience in a multicultural setting is preferred but not essential
Fluency in English (written and oral) is required
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel is essential
Senior Enterprise Analyst
Lead subordinate teams to perform enterprise business analysis and any other required work as a basis for the provision of advice, consultancy and support services to designated company’s management and external clients on matters related to the provision and continuous improvement of business management systems and organisational design to facilitate delivery of the client’s corporate objectives with efficiency, agility and minimum risk
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor Degree with analytical content
Master’s Degree and/or additional professional certification/registration is preferred
Any Subject Matter Expertise or previous experience in any OSD’s functions is an advantage
Experience
8-10 years relevant experience of which 4 years in a senior supervisory position
At least 2 years experience in the Oil & Gas/Energy industry preferably with a major international oil company or major international consultancy firm
The job requires specialist business experience and the ability to select, develop and assess the applicability if techniques for improving the overall business operation
Fluency in English (written and oral) is required
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel is essential
Head Enterprise Analyst
Supervise the development of advice, consultancy and support services to designated company’s management and external clients on matters related to the provision and continuous improvement of business management systems and organisational design to facilitate delivery of the client’s corporate objectives with efficiency, agility and minimum risk.
Provide direction and guidance to assigned subordinates in the performance of their work.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor Degree with relevant post-graduate studies
Master’s Degree and/or additional professional certification/registration is preferred
Subject Matter Expertise or previous experience in some or all of OSD’s functions is mandatory
Experience
Required to have deep and broad understanding of technical and business matters resulting from a wide range of industry experience. Likely to have 15 years of experience in industry of which 3 should be in the Oil & Gas/Energy sector (might be less if candidate has a combination of industry and senior level experience that is exceptionally well matched to the positions requirements)
Ability to recognise external issues of importance and quantify the possible corporate impact
Strong managerial skills, including project management to lead a team of professionals
The job requires wide business experience and the ability to select, develop and assess the applicability of techniques for improving the overall business operation. Extensive human relations skills are required in negotiation and change management
