Senior Reliability Engineer

Education

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering

Experience and skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas Engineering in Consultancies / Operating Companies in the areas of Rotating Equipment and Machinery such as Compressors, Pumps, Gas Turbines, Blowers, etc, 5 Years experience in Machinery fault analysis & Reliability.
  • Membership in Professional Societies would be preferable.
  • Proven track record in Feasibility & Concept studies and Engineering analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Condition Monitoring Technologies Familiarity with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Retrofit & Life Extension technologies and Upgrade Studies. Computer Literature.
  • Knowledge of Condition Monitoring and Reliability related software and CMMS.
  • A thorough working knowledge of International Codes and Standards is considered essential.



Electrical Engineer

Primary Purpose Of The Job:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Electrical system and equipment of the oil movement sector viz. storage and pumping facilities of refinery and/or Ref. 1 & 2, storage and loading facilities at Doha Depot Abu Hamour, and export facilities at Berth No. 6. Also responsible for the electrical equipment for LPG pumping and filling plants, laboratory, workshops, warehouse and all buildings.

Education:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering

Experience & Skills:

  • 10 years experience in Maintenance , Installation Modification & repair of electrical equipment and system in s in Petroleum or a Petrochemical industry.
  • Computer literate in respective software application and E- correspondence.



Maintenance Technical Coordinator

Primary Purpose of the Job:

Provides essential coordination and support to Maintenance Manager to ensure safe efficient functioning of maintenance activities as per the plan . To study and review Maintenance activities for new projects . Assist and supports in Technical / Feasibility study of all new projects unit the selection of a contractor with respect to maintenance aspects. Contacts with licensors and consultants on maintenance views. Coordinate with Asst. Managers within the department for management improvement initiatives .

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 20 Years .
  • Minimum 15 years experience in supervisory level in Mechanical Engineering Activity
  • Good knowledge of MS Word.
  • Should have good ability in writing technical reports assessment of consultants, contractor & vendors capabilities



Mechanical Design Engineer (FCC)

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Responsible for Engineering Expertise to Oil Refinery
  • Fully responsible and accountable for mechanical engineering design for assigned projects and plant change requests. Involvement in plant change requests (PCR’s) committee meetings
  • Ensure technical quality, safety and cost effectiveness of design and that designs are fit for purpose
  • Approve designs and verify plants and facilities are built to the approved design
  • Preparation of technical specification and scope of work for the procurement of mechanical equipment
  • Preparation of scope of work for the site construction projects
  • Site supervision of contract jobs
  • Control Refinery documentation activities

Experience & Skills:

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering
  • 12-15 years experience in the design, construction and commissioning work for piping and mechanical equipment within Refinery/petrochemical Industry, including at least 3 years project experience
  • Effective communication, English (both written and verbal) and interpretation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of international codes and standards (incl. ASME, ANSI, API, TEMA, NFPA, etc.)
  • Specialised experience with mechanical engineering design software (Pressure Vessels, Piping, Tanks, Heat Exchange and other Refinery Related Equipment) is an asset



Planning Engineer

Primary Purpose Of The Job:
Produce all Maintenance Plans and programme for Maintenance activities.

Includes overseeing the input of all data and the production of all shutdown planning & routine planning documentation. Monitors Department’s Computerized Maintenance Management Systems including proposing changes to enhance the Systems efficiency and operation, determining the overall priorities for system users and acting as prime liaison for computerized information needs between Dept. and IT Dept.

Supervises the Implementation of work control system. Controls the issue of and continuously develops methods / work procedures requested to meet the dynamic changes in the Departments Business needs.

Education:
BS in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical).

Experience & Skills:
Minimum 12 years experience in a similar capacity in the Oil/Gas/Refinery or Petrochemical Industry.
At least 4 years working experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP / MAXIMO / EMA / TEROMAN or similar).
Strong working knowledge of Engineering Codes and practices, material specifications and ordering procedures.
Good Command in English (both spoken and written).
Experience in working in Middle East working environment.



Senior Electrical Engineer

Education:
B.Sc in Electrical Engineering

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 15 years Electrical Maintenance experience with a major Oil and Gas Producer.
5 years in Machinery Fault Analysis and Reliability.
Troubleshooting of Electrical related problems.
Knowledge and certification in Condition Monitoring Techniques.
Practical and Control Experience of Major Machinery Rebuilding and Quality Assurance.
Computer Literate.
Knowledge and use of Condition Monitoring Software.
